The Contest is organized by Yahoo India Private Limited ("Yahoo! India") and shall be open From 10th Jan 2009 till 10th March 2009 ("Contest Period")
1. This Contest open to citizens of India and is only applicable to Airtel subscribers.
2. To participate in the Contest, the Participant will have to subscribe to "Yahoo! Zone" within the Contest Period. Any subscription after the date of the close of the Contest Period shall be invalid and such subscription will not be considered for the Contest.
3. To subscribe, the Participant should click on the Yahoo! Zone banner from their mobile handset, submit the mobile number to receive the wap link and click on the Yahoo! Zone link on Airtel Live page and subscribe to Yahoo! Zone subscription package for Rs 10/- (Rupees ten only) which will be valid for 10 days and the Participant should renew the Yahoo! Zone subscription package for consecutive three periods.
4. The Participant subscribing to Yahoo! Zone during the Contest Period will get a free trial period of 7 (seven) days, and in order to be eligible to win Prize/s, the Participant shall not unsubscribe to Yahoo! Zone within the free trial period of seven days.
5. Upon the completion of third consecutive period of Yahoo! Zone subscription package, Yahoo will select first 100 (hundred) subscribers as the winners ("Winners") and each of the 100 (hundred) Winners will get a Yahoo! Goodie ("Prize/s"). The Winners will be intimated via phone on the phone number from which the Participant will subscribe to the Yahoo! Zone.
6. All the prizes will be couriered or send by postage to the Winner.
7. Yahoo! India shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize/s after handing over the same to the Winners of the Contest.
8. The Prize(s) shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by Yahoo! India in this behalf.
9. Employees of Mobile Operators, Yahoo! India and/or their associate and affiliate companies/concerns will not be qualified for winning any prizes in the Contest.
10. Yahoo! India reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
11. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free prize/s, shall be payable by the Winner of the respective prize.
12. All costs and expenses for collecting the prize/s will be borne by the Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by Yahoo! India in this regard.
13. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the Winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Yahoo! India.
14. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Yahoo! India shall be final and binding on all concerned.
15. Contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone.
16. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
